I will edit your research proposal, grant application, or fellowship plan

About This Service
Research proposal, grant narrative, and fellowship plan editing: clarity, aims alignment, and funder-guideline checks. Your research, your words.
Condensed from the provider’s service listing. Package scope and terms below remain authoritative.Reviewers decide quickly whether a proposal is clear: what question you're asking, why it matters, how you'll answer it, and whether the plan is feasible. I edit the proposal you wrote so those answers are easy to find, the aims, methods, and expected outcomes line up, and the document follows the funder's or department's rules.
What I edit: PhD and master's research proposals, dissertation prospectuses, grant narratives and project summaries, specific aims pages, fellowship research plans, and internal or foundation funding applications.
How the packages differ: Summary or Aims Edit covers one short, high-stakes section (abstract, project summary, or aims page). Proposal Edit covers a full proposal up to 4,000 words with a line edit, logic and flow comments, terminology consistency, and a formatting check against the guidelines you send. Full Application Edit covers up to 10,000 words across the narrative and supporting sections, adds a cross-section consistency check, a guideline compliance checklist, an editor memo, and two revision reviews.
I edit language, clarity, and organization. I don't design your study, generate hypotheses, data, or results, add citations you haven't read, or take over authorship. Some funders and programs limit outside help, so check their rules. Editing improves clarity; it does not guarantee funding or approval.
