I will draft your Canada IRCC second-look risk memo

About This Service
Is your Canada immigration packet ready to file, or are hidden gaps about to cost you a refusal? I read your chronology, drafts, and prior IRCC paper trail and put the risks in writing before you submit.
People buying a second look usually want one thing made explicit: what could go wrong in the file before IRCC sees it. I therefore focus on internal inconsistencies, weak evidence, prior-refusal or procedural-fairness history where relevant, and a written list of risks and next actions.
This listing is a regulated second look of a Canada immigration matter you are already assembling: family sponsorship, permanent residence, or a work permit. You send a one-paragraph goal, citizenship and status for everyone in the case, where you will file from, hard deadlines, prior filings or refusals (full PDFs), passport biographic pages, current draft forms, an evidence table of contents, and a short note on what you want checked—eligibility, gaps, or filing risk. Optional items such as translations you already have and specific questions help me stay precise.
What you receive depends on the tier you buy. Basic is an eligibility checklist and a next-step roadmap. Standard adds a strategy memo and review of your documents and evidence, with two revision rounds. Premium is end-to-end package-prep support, priority turnaround, extended Q&A, and three revision rounds. Across tiers I flag what is strong, what is thin, and what still needs to be gathered. I do not invent missing evidence.
This fits DIY filers and people who already used other counsel and want an independent lawyer review. It is a poor fit if you only want a template, an approval promise, or court or hearing representation without a separate retainer. Government fees, medicals, biometrics, and translations stay outside this package unless we open another engagement.
I practise as a Canadian immigration lawyer licensed in Nova Scotia. Work starts after intake is complete. Written findings stay within this review scope; they are not a guarantee of IRCC outcomes.
