I will review your US L-1 employer support documents

About This Service
Your L-1 employer-role papers come first. I read the offer letter, worksite facts, role description, and supporting records you provide, then I write what still needs to line up before a petition posture is discussed.
L-1 buyers search around the qualifying company relationship, overseas and US roles, managerial/executive or specialised-knowledge duties, and the I-129 supporting record. I organize the review around those petition facts rather than generic employment-visa language.
I am Gustavo Vargas (Gustavo Z. Vargas, Esq.), a licensed U.S. immigration attorney in Florida (credential on file). I practise from Orlando, appear before USCIS, and work in English and Spanish. Work permits, family sponsorship, and citizenship are my practice areas. Education on file includes a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law (1992) and honors degrees from Old Dominion University. Thirty years of professional experience are recorded.
What I review: nationality and current status for each person, destination and filing location, hard deadlines, prior filings or RFEs if you attach PDFs, passport biographic pages, employer support or offer drafts (role, salary, worksite), CV and any degrees or evaluations already obtained, and pay stubs or tax records if you are extending or changing employers. Optional translations you already have can be included; I do not invent translator credentials.
What you receive depends on the active tier. Basic (5 days, 1 revision) includes an eligibility checklist, a next-step roadmap, and credential disclosure on this listing. Standard (7 days, 2 revisions) adds a strategy memo, document and evidence review, and a filing roadmap. Premium (14 days, 3 revisions) adds end-to-end package prep support, priority turnaround, and extended Q&A.
This fits employees, founders, and employers who need role, employer, and beneficiary facts aligned in writing. It is a poor fit if you want an approval promise, anonymous templates, or court counsel without a separate retainer. Government fees, medicals, biometrics, translations, and hearing representation stay outside this package. No filing outcome is guaranteed.
