I'm Kyle Walker, a US-based editor. For the past 15 years my working life has been built around precise written English: drafting, reviewing, and tightening documents where every sentence has to be accurate, clear, and defensible. On YouSafe I apply that to academic and application writing.
What I edit: scholarship and funding essays, academic CVs for graduate school, fellowships, and faculty or postdoc searches, final-pass proofreading for theses and dissertations, research proposals and grant narratives, and citation and formatting checks in APA 7, MLA 9, or Chicago.
How I work: you send the draft, the prompt or guidelines, the word limit, and your deadline. I return tracked changes plus comments you can act on, and I tell you plainly when something needs your input rather than guessing.
What I don't do: I don't write essays, papers, or proposals from scratch, invent experience, results, data, or sources, or complete graded work. The final words stay yours, and you should check your school's or funder's rules on outside editing.
