About Me

Independent IRCC packet screens, family-class PR file reviews, and written Canada immigration consult notes are the three threads I take on. As a Nova Scotia lawyer, I work from the forms and evidence you already assembled, then write back mismatches, missing pieces, and questions still open. The fit is document-first, not a blank-slate strategy pitch.

IRCC packet review, family-class PR screens, and short consult notes hang together in my marketplace work. I am Lori Hill, a lawyer licensed in Nova Scotia. Family sponsorship, attorney review, and legal consultation are the practice mix I keep; I stay inside those files rather than stretching into work I am not licensed to do.

On a family-class packet I read sponsor financials, relationship evidence, and form answers against each other. On a general IRCC packet I look for completeness, internal contradiction, and wording an officer may misread. Consult notes organise the facts you sent, the legal issues that actually arise, and a filing roadmap you can use yourself. I do not fill forms for you or promise an IRCC outcome.

I work sequentially: goal, current papers, then comments tied to the page. If a gap sits outside family-class review or Nova Scotia licensing, I say so. This is strongest when you already have a draft or near-final Canada family or IRCC packet and want an independent lawyer’s read. Bring the file and a short list of what to check, and I keep the scope there.
